1) Why you wants to join BPO ?
*During pandemics majority of my friends who were working
in different sector lose their jobs as Company layoffs due to
the reason of cost cutting but the ones who were working in
bpo are able to retain their jobs .
2) what do you understand by bpo.
*Bpo is business process outsourcing in which we have to
provide services to customer with thermur issue, which
directly leads to benefit to our client*.
3) What do you mean by customer care service.
*In this profile we take care of customer's issue and try our
level best to help them by using all the available resources*.
4) Why you are not going with your degree line.
*refer the Answere of question no. 1*
5) Any issue with night shift.
*I have to start my career with your company so i don’t have
any issue in night shift, it doesn't make any difference i am
working in day or night*.
6) what if we ask you to sign a bond with our company for 2
years/can you sign a bond with our company for 2 years
*Yes, I am ready to this. Even I am planning to stay long with
the company*.
7) What makes you to apply for this profile.
- *As per my research about bpo it is the good start for
every person and also if i talk about Eclerx its reputation and
stable business attract me to apply for this position*.

*Mine designation would be Analyst in the company*.

*I have to communicate with customer over call or chat and
have resolve their issue*.

*Troubleshooting is the processes of resolving the technical
issues from technical devices by following some sequence
of steps*.

*That is an electrical device which is used to broadcast the
wifi signals in the house or in offices usually we get it from EXPLORING ME YOUTUBE CHANNEL
13) why Teleperformance?
*Teleperformance provides stable jobs if we check it on
google and its been working from last 20 years in the
industry so due secure jobs i prefer the Teleperformance*.
