​## Job Overview

​The Flipkart Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA) is now accepting applications for the Data Entry Operator (DEO) role. This is a unique opportunity that combines Remote Online Training with Onsite On-the-Job Training (OJT) across various locations in India.

​## Salary & Stipend

  • ​During Online Training: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 (Stipend)
  • ​During Onsite OJT: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (Monthly Salary)

    • ​Note: Salaries are based on industry standards (Glassdoor/AmbitionBox) and may vary based on performance and location.


    ​## Eligibility Criteria

    • ​Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or any Graduate degree.
    • ​Age: Minimum 18 years (No upper age limit).
    • ​Skills: * Basic Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUM, COUNT).
      • ​Good Communication & Problem Solving.
      • ​Ability to handle data validation and reports.

    ​## Key Responsibilities

    1. ​Entering shipment and inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    2. ​Updating daily stock and dispatch records.
    3. ​Preparing basic Excel reports for supervisors.
    4. ​Maintaining shift and attendance records.

    ​## Selection Process

    ​Selection is based on a Pre-Assessment Test covering:

    • ​English Language
    • ​Numerical Ability
    • ​Mathematics
    • ​Note: A minimum score of 60% is required to qualify for training.
