💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Contractor, you will act as the bridge between academic clients and the delivery team. Your daily tasks will include:
Email Management: Resolving client queries promptly and professionally.
Project Setup: Configuring assignments and jobs based on specific client requirements.
Coordination: Effectively communicating client needs to the internal Delivery team.
Accountability: Ensuring zero pending inquiries at the end of your shift and meeting KPIs for response/resolution time.
🕒 Work Hours & Shifts
This role requires flexibility to support global operations:
Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs.
Shifts: Rotational 9-hour shifts.
Window: Shifts fall between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM. (Earliest start: 8 AM | Latest start: 4 PM).
🎓 Who Can Apply? (Qualifications)
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome!).
Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with computers is a must.
Soft Skills: Quick decision-making, ability to prioritize, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
