Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Crime Analyst at Revolut, your daily tasks will involve protecting the platform from illegal activities. Your main duties include:
Investigation: Monitoring business and personal transactions to identify suspicious patterns like layering or structuring.
Research: Using OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) and adverse media tools to assess the risk profiles of high-risk clients.
Verification: Validating the Source of Wealth (SoW) and Source of Funds to ensure they match the customer’s profile.
Reporting: Drafting high-quality reports for unusual activities and recommending whether to continue or exit client relationships.
Shift Work: Supporting 24/7 operations, which may include night and weekend shifts (fully compensated).
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, Revolut is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree (Certificate must be available).
Language: Fluency in English (C1+ Level).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Financial Crime or 1 year in complex AML investigations.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with analytical tools like spreadsheets, filters, pivots, and network charts.
Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Degree in Law or STEM subjects.
