​What You’ll Be Doing

​In this technical role, you’ll be the bridge between Packt’s high-quality content and the global audience. Your core responsibilities include:

  • ​Product Launch: Publishing technical books and videos across the Packt website and channel partners.
  • ​Global Distribution: Ensuring products reach various platforms within agreed timelines (SLAs).
  • ​Technical Integration: Working with APIs, system integrations, and LMS (Learning Management Systems).
  • ​Quality Assurance: Maintaining 100% accuracy in metadata and product availability.
  • ​Collaboration: Training team members and updating workflow guidelines for better efficiency.
