The Role: IT Helpdesk Analyst (Tier 1)

As the first point of contact for over 300+ employees, you will be the face of IT support. This is a perfect "foot-in-the-door" role for someone eager to learn and grow within IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Rapid Incident Resolution: Handle password resets, VPN issues, email setups, and hardware glitches.
Asset Management: Help manage the lifecycle of laptops and peripherals—from setup to deployment.
Knowledge Power: Create FAQs and "how-to" guides to help employees help themselves.
Smart Escalation: Triage complex tickets and pass them to senior staff when necessary.
