​As a Customer Success Associate III, you are the bridge between the customer and the technical teams. Your primary goal is to ensure that clients receive seamless, end-to-end solutions.

  • ​Ticket Management: Monitor and route inbound customer requests to the appropriate internal teams.
  • ​SLA Ownership: Proactively manage open tickets, ensuring responses meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • ​Problem Solving: Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • ​Client Advocacy: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), aiming for 80%+ targets.
  • ​Collaboration: Work closely with Service Delivery Managers, Support Engineers, and Sales teams to drive tickets to completion.
