Responsibilities for Operations Associate:

Identify potential delays, delivery challenges, ensuring earliest delivery of shipments.

Coordination with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to complete tasks within defined timelines.

Provide visibility to all stakeholders, capture delays and exceptions, and share relevant information.

Attention to detail and data analysis.

Ensuring earliest delivery of shipments that have crossed their ETA.

Resolving email or on-call queries within stipulated time from receipt of query.

Provide visibility to all stakeholders (internal and external) to get the task completed.

Responsibilities for Data Entry Operators:

Collecting and entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.

Data entries and maintaining digital records.

Verifying and validating info of digital assets periodically.

Updating data records in archiving portal/platform.

Update digital databases and archives.

Tagging of people present in images.

Retrieval of images as per business requirement and sharing with clients.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:

For the Operations Associate post, the payable salary will be approximately Rs 25,800 per month.

For the Data Entry Operator post, the payable salary will be approximately Rs 34,200 per month.

Age Limit:

For this recruitment, candidates must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.

Educational Qualifications:

Operations Associate: 12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline.

Data Entry Operator: A graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field.

Selection Method:

For Mahindra Logistics recruitment, candidates will be selected on the basis of shortlisting/assessment test and telephonic or field interview. If a candidate is shortlisted according to their desired qualification, he/she will be intimated via registered mobile number or email id.
