📋 What You’ll Own
This role is the operational anchor for Product, Engineering, and Design hiring. Your mission is to drive structure and velocity.
Candidate Experience: Managing communications and ensuring a seamless journey across global time zones (India ↔ North America/Europe).
Hiring Program Ops: Partnering with recruiters to finalize JDs, create interview rubrics, and design loops.
Funnel Hygiene: Maintaining ATS data (Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever) and running weekly reports to identify bottlenecks.
Team Rituals: Owning weekly TA syncs, agendas, and follow-through to keep the team accountable.
Cross-functional Sync: Aligning with Finance and HRBPs on compliance and hiring data.
