Job Description
Handle inbound/outbound calls
WhatsApp/chat support for customers, drivers, and vendors
Following up on inquiries and ensuring timely response
Providing professional customer support and resolving Customer Queries
Ensuring a positive and professional approach in all interactions.
Prior call center / support experience (voice + chat)
Good spoken & written communication (Hindi + English; Gujarati/Marathi is a plus)
Strong ownership: closure mindset, not “handover mindset”
Requirements
Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Freshers can also apply)
Full Time Role
Multiple Shifts
Ready to work on Weekends
Weekly off between Tuesday to Thursday

Salary (CTC) : Rs 1.8 ~ 3.2 Lakhs / Annum
